Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of five years of back-office banking
experience required. Proactively ensures bank’s compliance with
regulations and guidance. Must operate with a high degree of
confidentiality and investigative and problem-solving skills.
Security Officer Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of three years of back-office banking
experience required. Stays up to date on industry trends and maintains
confidentiality at all times. Ability to multi-task and use sound judgment
with strong decision-making and reasoning skills.
Back Office Support High school diploma or a minimum of two years of banking experience
preferred. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Must
also demonstrate the ability and willingness to accept changing priorities
and assume difference or additional responsibilities based on the needs of
the organization.
Universal Banker High school diploma or a minimum of two years of banking experience
preferred. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Must be
a self-starter, possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and
organization skills, and have above average computer skills.
Teller High school diploma preferred. Previous banking or cash-handling /cashier
experience required. Must operate with a high degree of confidentiality
while offering exceptional customer service.
