Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of eight years of banking and senior level
management experience. Must demonstrate strong leadership and
managerial skills and have experience developing and maintaining
exceptional customer service and strategic planning with a solid
understanding of compliance issues and risk management.
Manager Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of five years of banking and supervisory
experience required. Must demonstrate strong leadership skills and
decisiveness in decision making, leading to high employee engagement and staff development. Sets the example for their team.
Assistant Manager Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of three years of banking and supervisory
experience required. Must demonstrate strong leadership skills which will
translate to high employee engagement and staff development. Sets the
example for their team with their actions, behavior, compliance, etc.
Operations Specialist High school diploma or a minimum of two years of banking experience
preferred. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Must
also demonstrate the ability and willingness to accept changing priorities
and assume difference or additional responsibilities based on the needs of
the organization.
Universal Banker High school diploma or a minimum of two years of banking experience
preferred. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Must be
a self-starter, possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and
organization skills, and have above average computer skills.
Teller High school diploma preferred. Previous banking or cash-handling /cashier
experience required. Must operate with a high degree of confidentiality
while offering exceptional customer service.
