President or Regional Vice President

MANAGEMENT TRACK - The Regional Vice President has a depth of professional experience and is responsible for the day to day operation of the office, business development efforts in the region and strategic staffing. They work with the President and Executive Team to achieve objectives and insure the long-term company viability. The President holds ultimate responsibility for company’s performance; is the “public face” of the company.

MANAGEMENT TRACK - The Department Head typically has a bachelor's degree in area of specialty, holds current professional registration in his/her area of expertise, and has at least 7 years of experience in the field or closely related area. They supervise all work and personnel in the Department and are responsible for project outcomes and profitability.

PROFESSIONAL TRACK - A Senior Project Manager supervises associates and projects under his/her jurisdiction and is responsible for managing projects from proposal phase through completion, including invoicing and collections. This role typically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and 6 to 8 years of professional experience.

PROFESSIONAL TRACK - A Project Manager oversees and directs construction management on various sized projects. They hold project responsibility from design through construction. A project manager position requires strong organizational skills, technical certifications, a high school diploma and prior field experience in project/construction management.

TECHNICIAN TRACK- Inspectors hold high school diploma or equivalent and should be supplemented with general knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and construction. It is preferred they obtain 10-hour OSHA Safety Training, NICET, NECEPT, Nuclear gauge safety training, and/or ACI Certification.
