The Local Manager is the representative placed in charge of a single office and also holds the responsibilities required of an Arborist Representative. This individual supervises Arborist Representatives, production, and administrative employees within their office.
$60,000-$180,000+ per year plus commission
Arborist Representative ISA Certified Arborist | State Pesticide Applicator License
An Arborist Representative is responsible for all areas of sales within a defined territory, including selling, customer service, administration, and production. A high level of knowledge about plant identification, tree biology, diagnostics, and production is required.
$60,000-$140,000+ per year plus commission
Plant Health Care Specialist State Pesticide Applicator License | Valid Driver's License
PHC Specialists are responsible for independently monitoring, diagnosing, and treating insects, diseases, and cultural conditions of trees and shrubs. Strong plant and plant pest identification, communication, and organization skills are essential.
$17-35+ per hour
Arborist Crew Leader Class B CDL | At least 3 years of experience
Arborist Crew leaders are responsible for the safety, leadership, and productivity of the tree care crew. Strong communication, management, and leadership skills are essential.
$25-32+ per hour
Arborist Climber Class B CDL | At least 1 year of related experience
An Arborist Climber must possess all of the skills and training of an Arborist Ground Person. They are responsible for performing all tree and shrub care services, including tree climbing, pruning, rigging, cabling and bracing, and removals.
$20-25+ per hour
Arborist Ground Person Must be at least 18 years old
An Arborist Ground Person is typically an entry-level role. They learn how to safely perform various aspects of scientific tree and shrub care through on-the-job training, including tree identification, pruning, basic knots and rope operation for rigging, and chipper and chainsaw operation.
$15 - $20+ per hour
