Must have been an agent for at least three (3) years and complete 240 hours of State-approved courses.

Complete 75 hours of Pre-licensing education prior to taking the test for the Real Estate License. Pass both portions of the test within five (5) years of taking the classes. Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. 14 hours of continuing education is required every two years. Real Estate Agent commissions vary and are negotiable.
