Business Description

For over 30 years, Country Meadows has been offering advice to families and quality retirement living, including Independent Living, Assisted Living/Personal Care, Memory Care for residents with early- to late-stage memory loss and Restorative Care to support those recovering from an injury or living with a chronic condition in 10 locations in Pennsylvania and Maryland, plus a 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Bethlehem, Pa. Country Meadows is owned and operated by the second and third generations of the family of former Pennsylvania Governor George M. Leader, who founded the organization along with his wife, Mary Jane. Country Meadows has been certified again as a Great Place To Work® in 2022, recognized as a Best Place to Work in Pennsylvania for 12 years and awarded several Best of the Best awards within the senior living industry for its resident-centered programs.

Certified Care Associate (CCA)

Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school or GED
diploma or a CNA Certification. Must be a caregiver in Personal
Care/Assisted Living for minimum of 18 months and have
completed all PCA I & II requirements.

completed all PCA I requirements.

days: company on-boarding, direct-care training course, skills
training and wellness training.
