Country Meadows established Career Paths to provide co-workers with an opportunity to advance within their respective fields. Career Paths provide opportunities to improve job satisfaction, advance skills and validate co-workers’ important contributions in providing service to residents. Co-workers who choose to progress on a Career Path are rewarded with a pay increase, a new title and pay grade, and earn greater work responsibilities such as mentoring new co-workers. Manages the entire dining department. Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school or GED diploma (culinary or hospitality degree preferred) and at least three years of experience in the food service industry in a supervisory role.
Dining Room Manager Manages and coordinates the entire dining room operation. Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school or GED diploma, Culinary Certification (as needed) and two years of cooking experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
Dining Room Coordinator Manages the entire dining room staff. Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school or GED diploma, Culinary Certification (as needed) and some training/leadership experience. Supervisory experience with advanced level.
Dining Associate (Server) (various levels) Serves residents' meals. Must be at least 16 years old and will train. Must complete company onboarding. Shift Leader with advanced level.
