Country Meadows established Career Paths to provide co-workers with an opportunity to advance within their respective fields. Career Paths provide opportunities to improve job satisfaction, advance skills and validate co-workers’ important contributions in providing service to residents. Co-workers who choose to progress on a Career Path are rewarded with a pay increase, a new title and pay grade, and earn greater work responsibility such as mentoring new co-workers. Vice President of Clinical & Support Services

Must be a Licensed RN within the state of employment with BSN or MSN. At least five years of management and operations experience is required.

Must be a Licensed RN within the state of employment with BSN or MSN. Management and clinical experience is required.

Manages and oversees all operational aspects of the campus Community Wellness Program. Must be a Licensed LPN or RN within the state of employment.

Manages and schedules all campus LPNs and PCAs. Must be a Licensed LPN or RN within the state of employment with management and supervisory experience.

Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school or GED diploma or CNA Certification. 1,500 hours are required of classroom and clinical studies, plus passage of NCLEX-PN exam.

Wellness Secretary:
Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school or GED diploma or CNA Certification. Computer knowledge, medical terminology and organizational and customer service experience are preferable.

Personal Care Associate:
Entry-level caregiver position. Must be at least 18 years old and have either a high school or GED diploma or a CNA Certification. Will train and must complete company on-boarding.

Dining Associate:
Entry-level position. Must be at least 16 years old. Will train and must complete company on-boarding.
