Da Vinci Science Center
Oversee the operation of the Science Center’s Cedar Crest facility, including the Museum Experience, Sales, Visitor Services, and Facilities departments. Maximize educational impact, guest satisfaction, and earned revenue. Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership team. Provide leadership for team and opportunities to enhance the visitor experience.
College degree preferred.
Sales & Visitor Services Manager Oversee supervisors, coordinators and associates, manage and motivate
staff to achieve goals and provide high quality guest experience. Assist in
development of departmental policies and procedures. Good decision
making skills and diplomacy. Strong oral and written communication skills.
HS diploma or GED and some college preferred.
Visitor Services Supervisor Primary shift leader, coordinating the day-to-day operations of the
Welcome Center, retail store, and general Visitor Services operation.
Strong oral and written communication skills. General web-based software
proficiency, with prior experience using software to record transactions
and customer records. Strong oral and written communication skills.
HS diploma or GED and some college preferred.
Visitor Services Coordinator Serve as a shift leader for Visitor Services, leading staff operating the
Welcome Center, Curiosity Shop retail store, and general Visitor Services
operation to ensure that staff delivers a high-quality guest experience and
follows all policies and procedures. Strong communication skills.
HS diploma or GED
Visitor Services Associate Operate the Welcome Center and Curiosity Shop retail store. The Associate will greet visitors, sell merchandise and admission-related products. Good communication skills and attention to detail. HS diploma or GED.
