Graduate of an approved school of nursing and current State license to practice as a Registered Nurse; a BS degree in Nursing preferred. A minimum of two (2) year’s of supervisory experience in a long- term care geriatric setting and/or acute care.
Current State license to practice as a Registered Nurse required. A minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience in a long- term care geriatric setting and/or acute care and a minimum of one (1) year experience working as a charge nurse in a long-term care geriatric setting preferred.
Current State license to practice as a Registered Nurse required. A minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience in a long- term care geriatric setting and/or acute care and a minimum of one (1) year experience working as a charge nurse in a long-term care geriatric setting preferred.
Current State license to practice as a Registered Nurse required. A minimum of one (1) year experience in an acute care, rehabilitation or post-acute skilled care setting preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
Current State license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse required. A minimum of one (1) year experience working in an acute care, rehabilitation or post-acute skilled care setting preferred.
Active PA Nurse Aide Certification required. No experience needed.
A high school diploma, GED, or active registry status on the state nurse aide registry required. Successful completion of Pennsylvania Personal Care DPW Medication Administration Course. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in related positions preferred.
