Business Path (Sales or Human Resources)

Implement programs designed to drive sales growth or talent acquisition. Sell our products to customers or recruit candidates to build quality products. Industry experience and/or degree in a business related field. Must be willing to relocate for sales opportunities.

Craftsperson (Industrial Mechanic, EMT, Machine Shop, Mold Set-‐Up)

Certified CTE Training or an Associates Degree in Electro-Mechanical/Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Machinist

$25+/hour

Industrial Machine Operator

Operates, tends, and maintains machines to make lead-acid batteries. Good math & measuring skills including familiarity with the metric system.

Ability to use basic hand tools, diagnose and troubleshoot machinery.

$18+/hour.

Battery Manufacturer Trainee (BMT)

First job in Manufacturing? That’s ok! Start here!

The BMT program allows for basic training in a manufacturing environment and eventually placement into a regular, full-time position.

At least 18 years of age. Availability to work 2nd and 3rd shift.

$15.50+/hour
