Oversee all Installation technicians, communicate daily with VP of Installations to discuss projects/progress. Communicate with technicians to discuss products/customer needs at every site. Schedule technicians to work on different sites, making sure all site needs are met.

Prepare schedules for Installation Team. Book hotels. Flights, rental cars, etc for the installation techs. Main point of contact with Install technicians to handle any issues that arise. Make sure schedules are met, and the sites have everything they need to properly function.

All elements of Installation Technician I-III. Provide regular status reports. Responsible for off load process, team to take pictures of all pallets as they arrive on the truck, prior to being opened individually and each layer. Responsible for pictures of completed product, including anchor locations, proofing, correct orientation full shot of finished goods; any problem products, issues, obstructions, recorded with pictures. Document any incorrectly manufactured product, detail pictures and description of issue with product, report these issues to your supervisor upon discovery. Responsible for completion of site hazard form (can be completed by Install III).

Follow direction and installation plan of the lead installer, Assist lead in being responsible for team safety and site behavior, Product Knowledge
Complete installation training for ClubStor, V-Grip Shelving and Bulk Rack, Mobile Aisle, Deck Over and Multi-Tier, Bar Racking, Cabinets, Work-benches, Training and Mentoring technicians as directed by Supervisor and Lead Installer.

All elements of Associate I, Achieve OSHA 30 Certification, Product Knowledge Complete installation training for Platforms and Crossovers (in-field or at Tatamy), Develop basic knowledge of how to read a drawing or blueprint for placement, product details, measurements and orientation within a customer space. Review of quality and efficiency when installing Equipto products (supervisor and lead reports), communicate with your direct supervisor on a consistent basis; report any field or travel issues to them immediately.

The most qualified candidate will be able to assemble steel components using power and hand tools according to customer drawings and lead direction. Communicate installation and safety concerns to lead technicians. Provide highest level of professionalism and outstanding customer service to clients and teammates alike. GED/High-School diploma. Ability to travel long periods of time.
