Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed

• Familiar with basic adhesives and fasteners and general construction techniques
• Ability to problem solve
• Comfortable with power tools • Able to lift 50 lbs
• Able to climb ladders up to 14’

Coordinator

- Minimum 6 years experience
- Ensure all installers receive continued training on all aspects of their position
- Team with production and sales staff to coordinate scheduling so the client's due date is met and expectations are exceeded
- Schedule all installations and review details with installers
- Manage inventory of installation supplies
- Ensure all installers are educated in and complying with OSHA and other safety protocols

Lead

- Minimum 3 years experience
- Complete OSHA 30 training
- Competent with electrical systems
- Able to complete any installation project
- Able to coordinate a team of installers

Standard

- Minimum one year experience
- Solid working knowledge of various construction materials, adhesives and fastenters
- Proficient with construction tools such as drills and saws
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
- Able to assess how to tackle installation projects in the field and overcome unexpected challenges
- Complete OSHA 10 training

Trainee

- Basic understanding of construction materials and fasteners
- Capable of basic measurement and math calculations
- Ability to lift 40 pounds over your head
- Ability to work while on a ladder up to 14' high
- Great attention to detail and enjoy performing routine tasks
