Plan, assign and evaluate the work of staff, screen and select candidates, provide guidance and coaching, establish individual goals and objectives, monitor volume, workflow and quality, manage performance to include conducting performance appraisals, make pay recommendations, partner with Human Resources to resolve employment-related issues. Build and maintain knowledge and network of local community, engage individuals, local small businesses, business groups, and community organizations, identify and research business banking opportunities, develop and implement plans to market FFC products and services, participate directly in sales engagements and activities, represent Fulton as a positive force.
The primary responsibilities of this position are to engage customers to execute Fulton's established sales and customer experience initiatives and oversee daily operational activities of the assigned Financial Center. The incumbent will advise and coach staff toward achievement of team and individual production and service goals, implement established operational procedures, lead compliance and audit activities for the Center and ensure the delivery of Fulton's customer experience programs. Level II Supervisors will generally perform duties in an environment requiring a higher degree of scope and complexity relative to Level I Supervisors. Assist Management with staff selection, onboarding, and more.
Drive sales through service by generating sales and revenue and demonstrating a positive customer experience. Responsible for the sale of products and services at the branch by using consultative sales methods to identify and qualify new and existing customers for various products and services, thus consistently achieving individual sales goals. Utilize the fundamentals of our Fulton Financial Corporation Sales Process and Customer Experience in order to successfully follow a structured approach to customer onboarding, expanding and retaining existing relationships, and identifying referrals. Proficient in the initiation, processing, and closing of consumer loans. Perform routine customer maintenance requests as well as basic teller transactions.
Accountable for the sale and referral of products and services at the Financial Center utilizing consultative conversations and FFC Sales Process to identify customer needs across all product and service lines, not limited to deposit and credit products in order to achieve assigned goals. Conversation may cause transition from transaction to consultative or vice versa, which could affect the percentage of time transacting versus selling. Opens new accounts and performs related servicing activities. Completes the appropriate documentation, provides required documents and disclosures to customers, and follows up as prescribed in bank policy and procedure. Will be knowledgeable of all consumer loan products. Commits to advancing personal knowledge of sales techniques and bank products to deepen customer relationships and better serve bank clients.
Prepares and maintains accurate records and balances all daily transactions. Promotes banking services and directs customers to appropriate employees or departments for specialized services. Assist clients with transaction needs and accurately performs Teller transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Issues negotiable instruments, completes Currency Transaction Report's when applicable, and adheres to all audit, assessment, and compliance policies/procedures and standards. Maintains good working relationships with fellow employees to ensure teamwork within the Financial Center and through the bank.
