Established in 2012 by Miguel and Toni Guerrero, G Technology is a full-service Electrical Contracting firm, specializing in Building Automation & Control Systems. At G Technology, we believe in delivering innovative solutions to our clients, and therefore, keep current on technological advancements. Our in-house, field trained engineering team ensures each project is accurately designed to specifications and fulfills all project requirements. Electrical Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Electrical Engineers have the skillset to design and develop new electrical systems. Electrical Engineers possess the skills of circuit designs, critical thinking and complex problem-solving, and instrumentation and electrical measurements.

Pay ranges from $80,000 - $100,000+ per hour.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Knowledge of National Electrical Code. Electrical Estimators analyze blueprints in order to determine the electrical needs of a variety of projects. They provide solutions that help to increase profitability and prepare project bids. Must have strong mathematical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

Pay ranges from $60,000 – $100,000+ per year.

Experience as a Foreman or a Bachelor’s Degree/Project Management Certification. Project Managers oversee entire projects from commencement to completion. This includes budgeting manhours and material costs, planning, scheduling, and job cost analysis. The project manager is responsible for making sure the projects are profitable.

Pay ranges from $60,000 - $70,000 per year.

4 Years of Experience as a Certified Journeyman. A Journeyman becomes a Foreman once they prove that they are able to lead crews and manage the overall progress of projects. The foreman is responsible for completing projects within allotted deadlines and labor requirements.

Pay ranges from $30 - $45 per hour.

Certification of Completion of Apprenticeship. Once you have completed the Apprenticeship program you will have earned the title of Journeyman. Journeyman are equipped with the knowledge and work experience to lead teams to complete an array of projects.

Pay ranges from $20 - $30 per hour.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Apprentices work under a qualified Journeyman or Foreman, while attending a 4-year apprenticeship program to learn electrical theory. Upon completion of Apprenticeship program and on the job training, apprentices are awarded their Journeyman Card.

Pay ranges from $12 - $20 per hour based on Apprentice Level.
