Mental Health Technician Team Lead

Mental Health Technician Team Lead assists the Nurse Manager in developing programs and teams at the module or unit level related to daily MHT module programing, staffing, crisis interventions, team meetings, clinical documentation, and safety protocols.

Shift Lead assists in the administrative coordination of an assigned module. This responsibility includes providing direct supervision to MHT’s, monitoring the overall functioning of the milieu environment, mentoring staff in the integrity and quality of the care and programming they provide, and directing responses to crisis situations.

Mental Health Technician III assumes a leadership role within the milieu in the absence of supervision staff. This includes the maximization of their experience to provide mentoring direction to less tenured staff and to provide a trusted model for children on a daily basis.
