House Manager

House Manager assists in the administrative coordination of the unit by formulating and implementing policies and procedures while keeping both the unit staff and clients aware of agency and departmental guidelines. This also includes assisting in the overall functioning of the unit, including staff performance, the quality of the unit program, and any emergencies that may occur.

Staff Mentor assumes a leadership role within the milieu in the absence of supervision staff. This includes the maximization of their experience to provide mentoring direction to less tenured staff and to provide a trusted model for children on a daily basis.
