Quality Manager

Requires a BS in sciences with knowledge of inorganic chemistry, computer science and mathematics especially statistics. Well developed "people skills" are an asset.
• Skilled in people development and leadership skills
• Requires all of the preceding qualifications

Post-secondary education preferred; Three to five years of cement manufacturing experience or college degree. Knowledge of inorganic chemistry. Able to operator analytical testing equipment in a laboratory. Very good written and verbal communications skills.Physically able to do some heavy lifting as well as extended walking throughout facility that includes stairs, ladders, uneven surfaces, and exposure to weather. Self-starter, highly motivated, team player with above average reasoning and problem-solving skills. Commitment to the highest standards of safe work habits. Ability to work in an industrial environment that may include dust, heat, loud noise etc. Able to stand, lift, push and pull heavy items (50+ lbs). Physically able to do some heavy lifting as well as extended walking throughout facility that includes stairs, ladders, uneven surfaces, and exposure to weather. Self-starter, highly motivated, team player with above average reasoning and problem-solving skills. Commitment to the highest standards of safe work habits.

• High school diploma required. Bachelor's/University Degree preferred, science or engineering preferred
• Three to five years of cement manufacturing experience or college degree in a technical field.
