Must be an experienced web application developer and be able to jumpstart new application development platform. Bachelor's degree in related field such as data and analysis, or business intelligence from an accredited institution. Experience facilitating application development and IT project and services delivery.

Responsible for liaising between technical administrative, and faculty, staff members for the formulation and documentation of functional and business requirements covering workflow, technology services delivery.

Responsible for administration of the college's operating environment and supplementary systems. Responsible for providing technical assistance to clients. Associate degree or other equivalent certification/experience required. Knowledge of current MS Windows operating systems. Prior experience with the support of a mid-range UNIX platform. Certification in Windows server based operating systems. Knowledge of Oracle or SQL. Knowledge of HP UX preferred.

Responsible for providing level one and two supports for all aspects of IT services including PC, Macs, telephony, LAN, and various academic computing technologies. Incumbent may play level three engineering role related to client or classroom technologies. Associate's degree with technical emphasis is required. MCDST certification strongly desired. If not in possession, must be able to acquire them within first six months of employment. Must be capable of pursuing MCSE or similar type of certification as the college moves most client computing resources to datacenter via VDI.

Responsible for installation, configuration and support of the institution's physical network and security infrastructure, including effective management of server/network technical environment, firewall and security administration, and server/storage administration. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred. Associate degree with Windows or network certification required.
