Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred. Formal training in leadership and communication. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior line management. Bachelor’s degree required; masters preferred. 8-10 years of relevant experience. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Experience managing a significant segment of a large manufacturer. Thorough understanding of manufacturing and industrial production. Experience with manufacturing maintenance processes. Demonstrated ability to coach leadership and employees. Collaborate with site leadership team and senior staff.
BS/BA preferred. 7+ years related experience. 5-10 years in a lead manufacturing environment. Excellent computer skills. Demonstrated history in achieving production success and leading employees to meet business targets. Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all manufacturing operations of production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments, as well as production safety, delivery, quality, and on-time performance. Must be positive, outgoing, and able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Associate degree in technical field, 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment, and 2+ years of experience as manufacturing lead/supervisor. Understand the fundamentals of manufacturing. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong problem-solving, organization, time management, and computer skills. Ability to lead and motivate. Adapts well to changing environment and varying daily tasks.
Minimum 1-year experience within department of team leader position. Basic computer skills required. Ability to learn and become proficient in tasks. Learn and follow new processes. Trouble shoot and solve quality and mechanical problems. Effective communication and listening skills. Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

High school diploma or GED required. Be able to lift/move 10 lbs. up to 50 lbs. Be able to work in a standing, bending, crouching, kneeling, or stretching position for extended periods of time. Ability to operate a forklift is preferred but not required. Work well in a team and have good communication skills. Able to follow regulations, policies, and procedures.
