Business Description

The Macungie Ambulance Corps strives to provide the Highest Quality Community Based Emergency Medical Services Care.

We respond to nearly 4,000 911 emergency calls for service annually in South-Western Lehigh County with primary coverage area in 5 municipalities.

We meet our mission operating 5 ambulances and several support vehicles. Our staff of nearly 50 members consists of Emergency Medical Technicians, Paramedics, Registered Nurses, and support staff.

In addition, we have an active community outreach division teaching and certifying hundreds of community members in CPR and First aid each year as well as providing support for many Public Access Defibrillation programs.

Our special operations division responds to large-scale emergency incidents throughout the region providing emergency responder rehabilitation and logistical support.

Executive Director

Oversee all aspects of the organization including administrative and financial

Leadership and management education or experience required

Salary starting at $ 75,000 annually

Emergency Vehicle Operations Course and Certification
