Morningstar Living is a not-for-profit organization that opened its' first Life Plan Community, Moravian Hall Square, in 1988. Nestled on 15 acres, the community is now home to over 300 seniors living in residential apartments, cottages, townhomes, personal care apartments and suites, and private and semi private accommodations in the Health and Wellness Center. Our Health and Wellness Center is a 24/7 rehabilitation and nursing center that has been named to the U.S. News & World Report's Best Nursing Homes 2018-2019 list, receiving a five-star rating.
