Demonstrated management and supervisory skills sufficient to manage a staff of 5 - 10 employees; comprehensive knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services and bank operating policies and procedures. BS or BA Degree in related field or 5 years’ experience in banking/management positions
Salary Range: $50,000- $85,000
Assistant Branch Manager Demonstrated management and supervisory skills sufficient to manage a staff of 5 - 10 employees; comprehensive knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services and bank operating policies and procedures. High school diploma/GED, 3 years banking experience or 1 year supervisory experience.
Salary Range: $40,000- $65,000
Universal Banker Min. 3 years bank customer service experience. Proficient communication and customer service skills. Comprehensive knowledge of bank forms, products and services. Proficient Cash handling and computer skills. Must practice confidentiality at all times. Able to lift 50 lbs. High school diploma/GED, Associates Degree preferred.
Salary Range: $35,000- $55,000
Head Teller Good communication and customer service skills. Demonstrates management and supervisory skills. Cash handling and computer skills required. Must practice confidentiality at all times. Able to lift 50 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent. Three years Teller experience.
Salary Range: $30,000-$50,000
