Founded in 1967, Northampton Community College (NCC) has educated over 400,000 students and grown to become the region’s largest, open-access postsecondary institution. Today, NCC offers more than 100 college degree, certificate, specialized diploma, and enrichment programs to more than 10,500 credit students and 20,000 non-credit and community education students each year on three separate campuses – Main Campus in Bethlehem Township, midway between the County's two major cities, Bethlehem and Easton, Fowler Family Southside Center in south Bethlehem, and a new state-of-the-art branch campus in Tannersville, Monroe County, 40 miles to the north of the Main Campus.
NCC’s Fowler Family Southside Center has been a powerful economic driver in South Bethlehem and the region since it opened more than ten years ago. Over fifty thousand community members have received
training at Fowler that allowed them to obtain well-paying jobs in the healthcare, safety, transportation and other industries. NCC’s Fab Lab at Fowler has supported the entrepreneurial efforts of KIZ companies, start-
ups, students, artists, children, and inventors by helping them develop and prototype new products.

Northampton Community College
Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree required. Doctorate level preferred. Deep
expertise in subject matter area. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and to deal with broad spectrum of
individuals from many diverse and varied backgrounds. Competence in Microsoft
Office suite. Required years of experience varies. Salary depends upon experience.
Average earnings range is $55,000 to $120,000
Vice President Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree required. Doctorate level preferred. Ability
to strategize, communicate and lead and motivate an entire organization. Strong
strategic analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent presentation skills.
Competence in Microsoft Office suite. 15 + years’ experience in higher education
or related business.
Average earnings $130,000
Director/Executive Director Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree required. Ability to strategize, communicate
and set direction for team. Expert level of knowledge in area of responsibility and
analytical and critical thinking skills. Good systems acumen and competence in
Microsoft Office suite. 10+ years’ experience in related area.
Average earnings $70,000 to $100,000
Assistant/Associate Director Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred. Ability to strategize, communicate
and set direction for team. Expert level of knowledge in area of responsibility and
analytical and critical thinking skills. Good systems acumen and competence in
Microsoft Office suite. 7- 10 years’ experience in related area.
Average earnings $50,000 to $65,000
Manager Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred. Ability to strategize, communicate
and set direction for team. Expert level of knowledge in area of responsibility and
analytical and critical thinking skills. Good systems acumen and competence in
Microsoft Office suite. 5-7 years’ experience in related area.
Average earnings $40,000 to $60,000
Supervisor Bachelor’s degree. Ability to communicate and relate well to students and staff and
to lead a team. Ability to adapt to the changing situations and to deal with broad
spectrum of individuals from many diverse and varied backgrounds. Good systems
acumen and competence in Microsoft Office suite. 3-5 years’ experience in related
area.
Average earnings $35,000 to $50,000
Individual Contributor Bachelor’s degree from a regionally-accredited college or university. Ability to
communicate and relate well to students and staff. Ability to adapt to the changing
situations and to deal with broad spectrum of individuals from many diverse and
varied backgrounds. Good systems acumen and competence in Microsoft Office
suite. 2-3 years’ experience in related area.
