Superintendent

-Oversight of all district operations including teaching and learning, business functions, facilities management, and community relations.
-Six years of satisfactory school experience, of which at least three must be in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
-Holds a Superintendent Letter of Eligibility

-NLSD Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 per year

-Plan and lead district-wide operations in areas such as curriculum and instruction, professional development, instructional technology, and federal programs.
-Experience as a building level administrator is common but not always required.

NLSD Salary Range: $107,000 - $145,000 per year

- Lead a school of students, teachers, and support staff. Meet the needs of students in the areas of academics, social, and behavioral growth.
-Has three years of relevant professional experience.
-Completed a Pennsylvania-approved, graduate-level principal certification program that includes an internship/practicum or an equivalent out-of-state program.

-NLSD Salary Range: $105,000 - $140,000 per year.

-Educate students in your certification area as well as collaborate with other educators, families, and the community to prepare students to be college and/or career ready.
-Hold a valid teacher certification

NLSD Salary Range: $51,000 - $90,000 per year

-High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and be accepted into a college or university with an accredited teacher certification program.
-Graduate from accredited teacher preparation program with bachelor’s degree
-Those with a bachelor’s degree who have completed a teacher preparation program can apply for state teaching certificate
-Once an individual obtains a teaching certificate, they are eligible to obtain a position as a teacher within their certification area.
