Operations Supervisors who display exceptional leadership qualities, management skills, teamwork may be promoted to Operations Manager.
Operations Supervisor Field Coordinators who display a higher level of leadership qualities, and desire more responsibilities, they may be promoted to Operations Supervisor.
Field Coordinator Guards who display leadership qualities and proficient knowledge of customer site(s), they can advance to a Field Coordinator position.
Guard Entry-level guards should have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
A valid drivers’ license may be required depending on what specific site(s) will be assigned.
No criminal record.
