High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. At least 3-5 years’ experience in shipping, warehousing, and/or logistics. Pharmaceutical and international experience preferred. At least 2-3 years’ supervisory experience. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Proven ability, skills and desire to lead, mentor and develop team members. Demonstrated ability and desire to work in supply chain management, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet critical deadlines. Strong oral and written communication to communicate effectively with team, peers, management and external contacts. Ability to speak and present effectively before a group of any combination of the above. Must be able to speak, read, comprehend and write in English. Must have the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. Demonstrated ability and skills to effectively communicate, organize, plan, initiate, follow-through, and respond to various situations. Ability to interpret and implement cGMPs, FDA, DEA, OSHA, and IATA regulations and ISO guidelines. Strong knowledge of both domestic and international shipping methods and corresponding documentation. Working knowledge of computers, ERP systems (SAP platform preferred) and Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Project. Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well with all levels of management and staff.

Demonstrated ability and desire to work in supply chain management, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet critical deadlines. Strong oral and written communication to communicate effectively with team, peers, management and external contacts. Ability to interpret and adhere to cGMPs, FDA, DEA, OSHA, and IATA regulations and ISO guidelines. Strong knowledge of both domestic and international shipping methods and corresponding documentation. Knowledge of commodity/harmonizing code preferred. Working knowledge of computers, ERP systems (SAP platform preferred) and Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Project.
High School Diploma; Associates and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related field preferred but not required. Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in shipping, warehousing and/or logistics, but not required.
