Operations Manager

High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, strongly preferred, preferably in clinical supplies packaging and/or cGMP environment. At least 5 years’ experience in clinical supplies packaging and/or cGMP experience required. At least 2-3 years’ managerial experience required. Thorough knowledge of production equipment and processes including, but not limited to, granulation compression, encapsulations, blistering, and bottling. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Proven ability, skills and desire to lead, mentor and develop team members. Strong oral and written communication

High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, strongly preferred, preferably in clinical supplies packaging and/or cGMP environment. At least 3 years’ experience in commercial and/or clinical supplies packaging or cGMP experience required. At least 1-3 years’ supervisory experience required. Thorough knowledge of production equipment and processes including, but not limited to, granulation compression, encapsulations, blistering, and bottling. Ability to monitor and supervise packaging operations. Ability to lead as a change agent, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, negotiate and meet crucial deadlines.

High School Diploma; Associates or Technical Degree/Certification preferred. At least 3 years’ experience in commercial and/or clinical supplies packaging or cGMP experience required. Thorough knowledge of production equipment and processes including, but not limited to, granulation compression, encapsulations, blistering, and bottling. Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with team, peers, management, and external contacts. Must be able to speak, read, comprehend and write in English. Ability to monitor, train, and lead packaging operations and processes. Ability to identify and escalate issues to management when needed.

High School Diploma; Associates or Technical Degree/Certification preferred. At least 1-2 years’ experience as a Process Technician at a pharmaceutical or cGMP regulated facility. Thorough knowledge of production equipment and processes including, but not limited to, granulation compression, encapsulations, blistering, and bottling. Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with team, peers, management, and external contacts. Must be able to speak, read, comprehend and write in English. Ability to monitor and train others on packaging operations and processes. Ability to identify and escalate issues to leadership when needed.
