Practice Administrator

Requirements: 1 to 3 years similar experience, experience with all medical
office procedures and management.
Role: Provides support and direction for staff. Responsible for efficient
operation of front and back office including staff scheduling.

Requirements: 1 to 3 years similar experience, knowledge of office
procedures and medical terminology, ability to prioritize and organize
workload.
Role: Provide support and direction for practice staff. Together with
Practice Administrator, responsible for successful operations of practice.

Requirements: Graduate of MA program or 2 years similar experience.
Role: Act as role model to MAs, offering advice and support, identify
opportunities for improvement, escort and prepare patients for exams and
procedures, vitals, medical histories.

Requirements: Experience in health care setting preferred. Graduate of
Medical Assistant (MA) program preferred. Strong customer service skills.
Role: Escorts and prepares patients for exams and procedures. Takes vitals, input medical histories into electronic medical records.

Requirements: Customer service skills. Office experience preferred.
Role: Greets and registers patients, answers phones, general office work,
scheduling, copying, faxes.
