Association Level Leadership

Bachelor’s degree and/or experience. Leads all elements of YMCA Association. VP of Childcare, Chief Communication Officer, CEO, COO etc.

Varies- FT Salary

Branch Executive Director

Bachelor’s degree and/or experience. Leads all elements of YMCA Branch including budget, development, and HR. Over multiple teams.

$55+/year. FT Salary

Aquatics Director

Bachelor’s degree and/or experience preferred. Responsible for leading all elements of pool operations including budget, hiring, programming and HR.

$36-42K/year. FT Salary

Lesson/Lifeguard/Outdoor Pool Coordinator

HS degree and/or experience. Ability to schedule staffing and pool schedule and assist with overall pool functionality.

$15-16/hour. Typically FT Hourly position. 18+

Private Swim Instructor

Experienced swim instructors working 1 on 1 with children and adults. Must be lifeguard and/or swim instructor first.

Up to $20/hour. PT 16+

Lifeguard/Swim Instructor

A love of the water/swimming. Strong swimmer, safety minded, calm in emergencies. Entry level. Certification Required- training available.

$9-15/hour. FT and/or PT 15+
