Association Level Leadership

Bachelor’s degree and/or experience. Leads all elements of YMCA Association. VP of Childcare, Chief Communication Officer, CEO, COO etc.

Varies- FT Salary

Director of Pathway Development

Bachelor’s degree and/or experience. Leads all YMCA Social Responsibility
programs including food, warming shelter, health based initiatives, etc.

$42+/year. FT Salary

Program Coordinator/Director

Bachelor’s degree and/or experience preferred. Responsible for leading all
sites of program operations including budget, hiring, reporting and HR.

$36-42K/year. FT Salary

Site Coordinator

HS degree and/or experience. Ability to schedule staffing and program
schedules for location. Learn hiring, budget, reporting.

$15-16/hour. Typically PT/FT Hourly position. 18+

Food Program/Warming Shelter Staff

A love of people, community health, and desire for social equity. Entry level.
Training available.

$9-12/hour. FT and/or PT
