Bachelor’s degree and/or experience. Leads all elements of YMCA Association. VP of Childcare, Chief Communication Officer, CEO, COO etc.
Varies- FT Salary
Bachelor’s degree and/or experience. Leads all elements of YMCA Branch including budget, development, and HR. Over multiple teams.
$55+/year. FT Salary
Bachelor’s degree and/or experience preferred. Responsible for leading all elements of pool operations including budget, hiring, programming and HR.
$36-42K/year. FT Salary
HS degree and/or experience. Ability to schedule staffing and class/program schedules for branch. Learn hiring, budget, etc.
$15-16/hour. Typically FT Hourly position. 18+
Experienced fitness person. Certification required in group fitness/private training. Multiple paths/classes including aquatics. Training available.
Up to $24/hour. PT 18+
A love of people, community building, and wellness. Calm in emergencies. Computer knowledge. Entry level. Training available.
$10-12/hour. FT and/or PT.
