Five years’ operating an insurance agency required. All requirements of agency owner the same for both locations. Second location office will be opened under same agent branding.
Pay range annual - $250K plus unlimited commission earnings
Completion of the agent internship program. Contracted captive insurance agent. Sole proprietor with ability to incorporate. Agent responsible for all marketing and operating costs of agency. Hire and train new team members. Grow agency customer base. Sell high level financial service products through needs based selling. Must obtain mortgage and securities license.
Pay range annual - $100K plus unlimited commission earnings
17 week internship period to prepare to open an insurance agency. Comprehensive high level training with milestone check-ins with minimum criteria that must be hit through an evaluation process.
Pay range $18 hourly plus $25,000 in bonus during the internship period.
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Property and casualty licensed required. Life and health insurance license required. 18 month program to learn how to run an insurance agency. Must be able to make high level financial service sales through needs based selling techniques.
Pay range annual - $50,000 - $75,000 base plus commission.
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. Ability to obtain a state specific property and casualty license. Must be able to identify customer needs and use needs based selling techniques. Acquire new customers for growth of the agency.
Pay range annual $30,000 - $50,000 base plus commission.
