Branch Leader

Associate’s degree or equivalent education and related training. Five years of banking or financial experience with previous experience as a Banker, Relationship Banker, and/or other operations-related function. Consistent success in effective problem resolution management. Consistent success in effective problem resolution management. Effective interpersonal & diplomacy skills. Effective written and verbal communications skills. Sound decision-making skills. Specialized client service training with proven results. Sound knowledge of Banking Operations/Compliance. Strong desire to help associates and clients resolve problems successfully. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight. Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check which includes meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness and criminal background standards.
Demonstrated leadership skills. Sound knowledge of Truist Products and Services.
