Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work experience, education and training 3+ years experience with IT / Security System Industry / Sales Engineering or related field. Responsible for reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.Technical experience in video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and IP networking. Extensive knowledge of design/sales engineering best practices Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Exceptional client-facing communications & presentation skills. Proven hands-on Security System technology experience. Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions. Create accurate diagrams and documentation using Visio, CAD, and/or other design tools. Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources. Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside the organization.
Access Control & IP Video Technician High school graduate or GED required. Technical or college degree in a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience installing Access Control & CCTV systems in a commercial environment or similar equivalent combination of work experience. Strong mechanical skills. Manufacturer certifications in Avigilon, Bosch, ICT preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Exceptional customer service skills. Responsible for reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints. Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions. Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources. Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside the organization.
Low Voltage Installation Technician High school graduate or GED required. Advanced Technical School Training in a related field preferred. Valid and current Driver’s License and clean driving record. Network Cabling Installation: 1 year (Preferred) Low-Voltage: 2 years (Preferred) 3+ years of related experience. Strong mechanical skills. Knowledge of cable terminations, color codes, and installation standards. General construction skills for the installation of field devices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
