15 years of Manufacturing experience. 2+ years of management experience. Ability to lead and develop a team. Experience of, at minimum, Machine Set up or Programming. Ability to predict and measure product output. Attention to detail. Continuous-improvement mindset. Ability to conduct performance reviews of all personnel.
Senior Manufacturing Specialist 15 years Manufacturing experience or equivalent. Vocational/Technical education. 5 years or 10,000 hours as Advanced Manufacturing Specialist or equivalent. GED or high school equivalency. Advanced understanding of Manufacturing. Advanced computer skills, use of any of the following: Master CAM, Partmaker, or Smart CAM programming software. Proven ability to set up machines.
Manufacturing Supervisor 10 years Manufacturing experience or equivalent. Vocational/Technical education. 5 years experience or 10,000 hours as Advanced Manufacturing Lead or Technician or equivalent. GED or high school equivalency. Advanced understanding of Manufacturing. Advanced computer skills and proficiency with CAD/CAM system.
Advanced Manufacturing Lead 5 years Manufacturing experience or equivalent. Vocational/Technical education. 2 years experience or 4,000 hours as Advanced Manufacturing Technician II or equivalent. GED or high school equivalency. Basic understanding of Manufacturing. Basic computer skills. Management and leadership experience preferred.
Advanced Manufacturing Technician III 5 years experience or 10,000 hours as Advanced Manufacturing Technician II or equivalent machine shop experience and/or schooling. Machine setup experience is required. GED or high school equivalency. Basic understanding of Manufacturing. Basic computer skills. Minimum 4 years machining experience. Completion of all training as assigned by management and 75% or higher grade in custom Tyber training modules.
Advanced Manufacturing Technician II 3 years experience or 6,000 hours of machine operation as Advanced Manufacturing Technician I or equivalent machine shop experience and/or schooling. Adherence to Tyber Medical Safety and OSHA requirements. GED or high school equivalency. Basic understanding of Manufacturing. Completion of all training as assigned by management and 75% or higher grade in custom Tyber training modules.
Advanced Manufacturing Technician I GED or high school equivalency. Vocational or technical training preferred. Basic understanding of Manufacturing and good manufacturing practices and manufacturing documentation. Basic computer skills. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs. Communication skills both written and verbal. Attention to detail.
