Tyber Medical, LLC
Bachelor’s degree required. At least 10 years related experience required. Experience as Quality Control Technician as well as at least 2 years of management experience. Must be able to perform all jobs listed below. Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
Quality Control Team Lead ASQ certification and at least 2 years experience in the department. Knowledge of FDA GMP and general understanding of Quality System Regulations & ISO. Ability to ensure organization and prioritization in order to meet productions goals and deadlines. Knowledge and understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerance. Data analysis, report writing, and business correspondence.
Quality Control Technician Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Device Manufacturing/Quality Control Inspection. Able to train others to operate on all visual systems which include Keyence, Sylvac, Mitchoyo, Starrett. Able to build programs on each visual system which include Keyence, Sylvac, Mitchoyo, Starrett. ASQ training certification. Calibration knowledge. Can perform first piece inspection.
Quality Control Inspector III 4 years overall experience. Ability to operate all visual systems including Keyence, Sylvac, Mitchoyo, Starrett. Advanced knowledge of GD&T and able to train others. Can train others on Epicor-related functions. Must be in good standing after 1 year. Must pass Q3 exam upon completion of comprehensive training & assessment expectations.
Quality Control Inspector II Minimum 2 years Medical Device/Manufacturing experience. Able to train others on measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, etc. Proficient GMP and GDP. Able to operate visual system Mitchoyo (for depth). Advanced knowledge of drawings. Epicor released trained. DHR gate 2 trained. Can inspect visuals on all Tyber-made products with little to no supervision. GD&T knowledge. Must be in good standing after 1 year. 40 hours of Tyber-custom content and testing.
Quality Control Inspector I Simple GD&T knowledge. Able to use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, etc. Read and understand drawings. Understand and demonstrate GDP/GMP. Intro to visuals/functional inspection of all Tyber-made products. Able to pass eye test. Intro to issuing a NCMR. Basic Epicor knowledge including MES, inspection steps, understand jobs and product lifecycle. Must be in good standing after 1 year. Pass an assessment after 90 days of employment.
