Business Description

Via of the Lehigh Valley is a non-profit agency that provides services for children and adults with disabilities in the Lehigh Valley area. Our team helps individuals of all ages gain life skills, develop friendships, and learn how to take advantage of all the community has to offer; this includes helping adults find and sustain employment within multiple industries and service sections. Programs for young adults focus on networking with peers and gaining vocational skills in preparation for life after graduation. In addition to providing a variety of high-quality programs, Via also advocates for inclusion and equal access to community activities.

Vice President of Services

Bachelor's degree is required. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of eight years of supervisory/management experience in the human service field preferable working with developmental disabilities. Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum of five years of supervisory/management experience in the human service field preferably working with developmental disabilities. Must have a valid driver's license, personal vehicle and appropriate vehicle insurance.
