Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities NeededWe're looking for employees who are or have operative and making running adjustments to production equipment, performing required quality checks, working in a team environment; treating other Associates with respect.
As Team Leader, you will lead a team of hourly associates with an approach that promotes safety and quality, while running efficient production.
Salary depends on skills and accomplishments
Line Leader As Line Leader, you will lead a functional area of machine operations as the primary resource for members of your team for skills training and the go-to for product changeover adjustments.
Premium of $2.50 per hour
Level 4 Operator As a Level 4 Machine Operator, you will have demonstrated your self-paced mastery of 100% of the Proficiencies in the ProfTrack system specific to your Kitchen or Bagging function.
$25.50 per hour base rate
Level 3 Operator As a Level 3 Machine Operator, you will have demonstrated your self-paced mastery of 50% of the Proficiencies in the ProfTrack system specific to your Kitchen or Bagging function.
$23 per hour base rate
Operator Levels 1 & 2 At entry-level, Machine Operators earn $21.00 per hour to start. Machine Operators who meet expectations for attendance and job performance earn $22.00 after 90 days of employment.
$21-$22 per hour
Case Packers At entry-level, Case Packers earn $18.00 per hour to start. Case Packers who meet expectations for attendance and job performance earn $19.00 after 90 days of employment. Upon demonstrating reliable attendance and a capacity to master their job duties, Case packers will be considered for Machine Operator positions.
