We welcome you to join PA CareerLink® Lehigh Valley in partnership with UPMC for You to attend a workshop on how to plan out your healthy family road map. We will discuss building healthy habits with your family, ways to be more active, creating healthy routines and sleep habits, setting goals as a family.
This workshops starts at 2:00 p.m. though there will be a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals.
