We welcome you to join PA CareerLink® Lehigh Valley to start the school year strong with tips from international health care leader, University of Pittsburg Medical Center! We will discuss, packing healthy lunches, screen time, staying active, getting enough sleep, staying healthy during cold/flu season, and resources from UPMC.

This workshops starts at 2:00 p.m. though there will be a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals.
