This #WomensHistoryMonth, PA CareerLink® Lehigh Valley is proud to celebrate someone who broke down barriers in trucking.

Gloriann pursued a nontraditional career in commercial trucking through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult program at PA CareerLink® Lehigh Valley with her husband, Angel.

Now building a sustainable career in a traditionally male-dominated field, Gloriann is creating greater opportunities for her family and proving that women belong in every industry, including the driver’s seat. Here is to women breaking barriers and driving their futures forward! 💪🚚

At PA CareerLink® Lehigh Valley, we’re here to help anyone explore new careers, build skills, and connect with resources and training programs to achieve their professional goals—just like we did with Gloriann and Angel. Click here to find out if you're eligible: ow.ly/c0mg50YqepE

As we celebrate #WomensHistoryMonth, we’re shining a spotlight on some incredible trailblazers in manufacturing.

🚛 Kethe Trevisan, a Project Manager at Mack Trucks in Lower Macungie, represents the modern face of the Valley’s automotive heritage, using engineering to optimize heavy-duty truck assembly.

🏗️ Karen Norheim, CEO of American Crane, is a prominent voice for women in technical leadership and advocated for "the road less traveled" in manufacturing, proving that women can not only work the floor but also lead the entire company.

🐾 Meredith Howell, a current student at Penn State Lehigh Valley, recently founded the campus's first chapter of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE).

Ready to follow your own path? PA CareerLink® can connect you with the resources, guidance, and support you need to shape your next career move! ow.ly/mQSb50YqebU
