Earn a state and industry-recognized credential in customer service through this intensive five-day boot camp at PA CareerLink® Lehigh Valley! The program will cover essential skills like conflict resolution, effective communication, and time management.
Attendance on all five days is required to receive the customer service credential. There will be no make up days.
