FedEx Ground in Breinigsville is hiring for full-time and part-time package handlers across multiple shifts. Package Handlers can receive:

  • up to $24.05/hour starting pay *
  • tuition reimbursement
  • career advancement opportunities
  • benefits available upon reaching eligibility

*With Peak Pay Enhancements, Part-Time Package Handlers currently receive an additional $3/hr., effective through the end of 2020. Full-Time Package Handlers will receive an additional $4/hr.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Nancy Dischinat, our long-serving and deeply respected Executive Director.

Nancy dedicated more than 40 years of service to the Workforce Board Lehigh Valley, shaping countless programs, partnerships, and careers throughout our community. Her vision and leadership helped build one of Pennsylvania’s strongest workforce systems, and her commitment to collaboration and innovation will continue to impact generations to come.

Nancy devoted her life’s work to building a stronger, more equitable workforce system for the Lehigh Valley. Under her leadership, the region became a model for workforce collaboration, innovation, and results, helping thousands of residents connect to meaningful employment and training opportunities.

Nancy was more than a leader; she was a mentor, a colleague, and a friend. Her legacy of integrity, compassion, and dedication to the people of the Lehigh Valley will remain an enduring part of who we are.

Our thoughts and prayers are with her family, friends, and all who were fortunate to know and work alongside her. Plans to honor her life and legacy will be announced in the coming days.
