After over 40 years of visionary leadership, Nancy Dischinat has announced her upcoming retirement as Executive Director of Workforce Board Lehigh Valley.
Nancy’s impact on workforce development in the Lehigh Valley is immeasurable. From empowering job seekers to building strong employer partnerships, she has truly transformed how our region connects people to opportunity.
While she’s not stepping away just yet, we’re beginning the process of planning for this important transition. A search for our next Executive Director will launch soon, and we’re looking for a mission-driven leader ready to carry this work forward.
